Welcome to SWIC Online!

SWIC is a social club open to membership for all expatriate ladies living in Shekou and the surrounding areas.

SWIC provides a focus for social and cultural activities for members, and is of particular value to newcomers by providing a fast track to both meeting lots of people and knowing what activities are available in the new environment. We enjoy a very diverse membership from all parts of the world, many different nationalities, young and 'older', with and without children. To join you or your spouse must be a non-Chinese passport holder.

Our current regular activities include cultural visits, shopping trips, coffee mornings, golf, badminton, mah jong, aerobics, tennis, international cooking etc. and we are always looking for new ideas to introduce. In addition we have our own library and publish a monthly Newsletter - delivered to your door - to keep members fully informed of upcoming events.

Newcomers can join at any time and we include a 'Newcomer's Coffee Morning' - which is of course open to all members - in our monthly programme. These are informal occasions hosted by an existing member.
