SWIC is primarily a social club for expatriate women in Shekou/Shenzhen. In order to become a member either you or your spouse must hold a non-Chinese passport. Being a member has many great benefits such as discounts in selected restaurants, beauty salons, shopping trips, trade fairs and other special events.
Please come to our monthly coffee morning where you are able to meet new people with the same interests as yourself and learn some interesting information about living in and around Shekou. (See also Useful Information).
We also have a monthly newsletter that is jam packed with wonderful information such as upcoming SWIC events, classes and courses for you to join, activities to keep you busy, recipes for you to try, newcomers introductions, advertisements and much, much more.
The membership fees are paid annually at 250 RMB. This is to be paid to the Membership Officer, Ginny Taylor. Contact her through our Contact Us page.
